In a tightly contested event with all teams within five strokes, Tom Barry, Karen Opolka and Patrick Forsythe emerged as winners of the 2013 Convocation Open. They tied at 35 (for nine holes) with Chuck Wiseman, Susan Barry and Jeff Gross, but won on a tiebreaker. The Aug. 29 outing was the second annual occurrence of this friendly faculty/staff/retiree tournament during Convocation Week.
