Here’s the menu for Italian Luncheon, with entrée by Ray

It was on the recommendation of Prof. Ray Hutchinson of Urban and Regional Studies, guest speaker for the event, that Bistecca Florentina with Fagioli was chosen as the main entrée. Chef George Harper will make it as authentic as possible to go along with Hutchison’s first-person accounts of his extensive travels to Florence on his own and through UW-Green Bay Bay’s partnership with the Romualdo Del Bianco Foundation. Tickets are on sale through the University Ticketing and Information Center. Cost for faculty and staff is $13 and for the LIR and community members, $14.
