Being a sophomore can sometimes feel like being the “middle child,” so Academic Advising and Career Services are teaming up to give them some attention. Sophomore Success Day is set for Thursday, Oct. 4., from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. It’s a day for sophomores to drop in without appointment, get questions answered about career/major selection, General Education requirements, registration, and all things between. Student Affairs personnel say it’s another step in the ongoing effort to improve retention: “Know a student who could benefit? Send them our way!” Student Services 1600. Direct questions to Ashley Vanden Langenberg firstname.lastname@example.org or Steven Newton email@example.com.
