On Tuesday, April 30, 2019 you have the opportunity to choose from two open forums to discuss the new incentive-based budget model at UW-Green Bay. The presentation was previously scheduled for Friday, April 19, 2019 but was changed due to the Provost Open Forums. The location is Instructional Services Room 1034 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.

UW-Green Bay has been working with Huron Consulting to develop a new incentive-based budget model (aka, the RCM model). Huron Consulting’s Mike Cogan and UW-Green Bay Vice Chancellor for Business and Finance, Sheryl Van Gruensven, will present the process for development of this new model, an overview of the model and next steps. Please join them for either of two presentations:

Video: Residence Life Comprehensive Physical Master Plan presentation

Eppstein Uhen Architects, along with The Scion Group, presented to the campus community a vision for the future physical design of Residence Life on Thursday, Dec. 6, 2018 from Noon to 2 p.m. in the Christie Theatre, University Union, Green Bay Campus. They discussed the data gathering processes, design methods and financial modeling used to help UW-Green Bay take the next steps toward building a vibrant student-housing community. After the presentation, they responded to questions or comments from the campus community.

PCard refresher is Friday, May 4

Purchasing is conducting PCard refresher training for existing cardholders and supervisors at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 4, 2018.
