UW-Green Bay offers fall 2010 courses for educators
The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay is planning more than a dozen course offerings this fall for educators who wish to obtain license renewal, seek salary advancement, or meet personal and professional goals.
UW-Green Bay is offering a new course to serve early childhood educators. The course, “Early Literacy and Learning for our Youngest Students,” is offered for one undergraduate or graduate credit. There is also a noncredit option.
Several graduate courses are being offered in a completely online format this semester. Educators can discover and learn about creativity and innovation in the classroom, how to apply the latest technology in their classrooms, and learn about emerging technologies.
Visit www.uwgb.edu/educationoutreach for a complete listing of the programs, syllabi and registration information. Space is limited and registration is recommended at least two weeks prior to the start of the course.
UW-Green Bay courses for educators align with Wisconsin standards for teacher and administrator development and licensure. New offerings are added throughout the year and may be found on the website.
