Spring enrollment sets record again

The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay continues setting enrollment records.

Deborah Furlong, director of the UW-Green Bay Office of Institutional Research and Assessment, reports that so-called “10th day” figures show a record-setting number of students attending classes this spring.

University enrollment calculations indicate a total student headcount of 6,194 students earning credits at UW-Green Bay, 201 students (or 3 percent) more than the spring 2009 enrollment total of 5,993. That figure includes all students in campus programs, plus students who are studying abroad, in adult degree programs and served through grant-funded programs, and Outreach and Extension.

It is an all-time high enrollment for a spring semester and just the second time that UW-Green Bay’s spring enrollment has exceeded 6,000 students.
