The best caps of December Commencement 2013

UW-Green Bay held its 88th semiannual commencement Saturday, Dec. 14, at the Weidner Center for the Performing Arts. The December graduating class did not disappoint in terms of creative adaptations to the traditional, plain black mortarboard.
