Go Green Bay: Packers AND Phoenix remain unbeaten

Sports fans across the nation know about the Green Bay Packers big win over the Giants this weekend. With every victory, a wider audience is learning about Green Bay’s other unbeaten squad — the Phoenix women’s basketball team. The Phoenix defeated Marquette and Northern Iowa over the weekend to remain unbeaten (7-0) this season. The Green Bay PHOENIX moved up to 21st in the Associated Press (23rd last week) poll and 16th in the ESPN/USA Today coaches poll.

The Phoenix will complete its non-conference schedule in December with a re-match at Toledo (Dec. 8), a home game against Ball State (Dec. 20) and a pre-holiday match-up against UW-Madison on the Badgers home floor (Dec. 23).
