Green Bay men’s basketball returns, Alumni Day and Jeff Nordgaard celebration is Saturday

The high-scoring Green Bay men’s basketball team (3-3) returns to play at the Resch Center this week with games vs. Northern Illinois on Wednesday, Nov. 28 and Belmont on Saturday, Dec. 1. Saturday’s game against Belmont will serve as Alumni Day and will be highlighted by the retiring of Jeff Nordgaard’s #33 jersey. Nordgaard will be honored at halftime.

For the Phoenix, Sandy Cohen III leads the team in scoring (14.0 PPG), rebounding (6.5 RPG) and assists (6.0 APG). GB leads the Horizon League in scoring as a team, averaging 84.5 PPG.
