UW Foundation prez to retire

The president of the UW Foundation has announced he will retire at the end of 2010, the Wisconsin State Journal reports. Andrew “Sandy” Wilcox has spent 21 years as head of the foundation. The foundation helps manage and invest gifts earmarked for UW-Green Bay. Wilcox told the foundation’s board of directors of his plans during its meeting Friday.
