Sally R. Dax, 66, passed away unexpectedly on Sept. 11. Dax had several employment opportunities at UW-Green Bay. Between 1993 and 1996, Dax held positions in the Registrar’s Office, the Chancellor’s Office, CIT, Academic Affairs and adjunct instructional positions. Read obituary.
