Close-ups: Scenes from Intercultural Center’s fall welcome
The American Intercultural Center is a place for people of diverse backgrounds to gather, to learn and to enjoy each other’s company. The center’s annual fall welcome-back luncheon on Thursday, Sept. 6 was another big success, drawing a cross-section of UW-Green Bay students, staff and faculty to the AIC lounge and office suite on the lower level of the University Union.
Commented Deborah Rezac, diversity director (and image 24, below), “It’s great to see the students back in the American Intercultural Center… the excitement and the energy are wonderful… meeting new students, catching up with returning students and with seeing our faculty, administrators and allies from all corners of campus all here together… It’s a wonderful way to start the semester”
