…and that stands for Business.” In November, the University of Iowa will greet former IBM business executive Bruce Harreld as the school’s next president, to the dismay of a sizeable number of faculty members unhappy he has relatively little experience in higher education. Some outspoken critics are giving Harreld the business for bringing what they anticipate will be an overly corporate approach unsuitable to the University.
