UW-Green Bay alumna Stacy Vandenput mentioned in Yahoo Financial News

UW-Green Bay alumna, Stacy Vandenput ’93 served northeast Wisconsin as a midwife since 1992 and is pursuing a Masters of Archives and Records Administration at San Jose State University. She received an ARMA International Educational Foundation (AIEF) scholarship as part of a larger initiative to increase awareness of ARMA, the leading worldwide organizion of professionals who manage and govern information.

Stacy’s academic domain is at the intersection of archives/records management and the midwifery model of care. She is working to develop infrastructure to support distinction in stewardship of midwives’ professional and cultural legacies as demonstrated through excellent midwifery record keeping practices. Nathan Hughes, Executive Director, ARMA stated, “There were many strong applicants this year from a diverse and international field competing for limited funding; we are glad we were able to help support these rising stars.”

Stacy received a bachelor’s of arts in Humanities with a minor in women’s studies and (then) Native American studies from UW-Green Bay in 1993.
