Green Bay Women’s Basketball Releases 2022-23 Non-Conference Schedule

After returning to full capacity crowds and notching a 19-win season in 2021-22, the Green Bay women’s basketball team is ready to return to the hardwood this winter. Today, the program released its non-conference schedule for the upcoming 2022-23 season. The Phoenix will open up the season with a pair of exhibition games at the Kress Center when UW-Oshkosh (October 26) and Michigan Tech (November 2) visit Titletown.

Green Bay will start the season on the road, opening the season at Drake on November 7. The team’s home opener comes shortly after, when the Phoenix host Marist on November 12.

Natalie McNeal, a junior transfer from St. Louis, and the Phoenix will make their way to The Lou to take on the St. Louis Billikens on November 18, leading up to the St. Pete’s Showcase over Thanksgiving. The event, taking place in St. Petersburg, Florida, features Green Bay, Florida, Houston, Northeastern, and Portland. GB will face the Gators on Thanksgiving Day and wrap up the trip on November 25 against Northeastern. Tickets for the 2022 St. Pete Showcase will be available on game days at the door of the McArthur Center on the campus of Eckerd College.
