Rise within your career through advanced supervisory and business certificate programs at UW-Green Bay

Green Bay, WI — UW-Green Bay understands the reality of today’s worklife, and are offering two new business-focused certificate programs this fall, joining a portfolio of certificates that already exist in key disciplines.

UW-Green Bay is responding to this worklife reality with certificate programs designed to address key knowledge gaps. Certificate programs are shorter-term programs of study that deliver immediate credentials and direct relevance to the workplace – one way UW-Green Bay is living its strategic objective of rethinking, reimagining and reinventing education.

Employees may seek advancement, yet no internal training exists to help them progress. Or employees might be catapaulted into a new position because of changing workplace dynamics, yet feel like they could use some broader perspective. The business-focused certificates launching this fall include:

Elevate: Advanced Business Framework is available 100% online and is designed for motivated business professionals to elevate their knowledge on business topics beyond the general experience of the workforce. Expand your expertise for an existing or future position by engaging in interactive sessions on important topics. Courses are offered ala carte, or professionals may choose five to earn a certificate and a 20% discount – five courses for less than $700.

The Advanced Supervisory Leadership certificate program builds on the knowledge learned in the Supervisory Leadership certificate program, encouraging participants to become more purposeful leaders by meaningfully connecting teams to business objectives. Completion of the Supervisory Leadership certificate is a prerequisite. Sessions for Advanced Supervisory Leadership begin August 23 and cover deeper topics.
