Campers a cut above in local fashion scene

From rags to riches? Maybe for some high school students participating in the 2009 UW-Green Bay Summer Art Studio.

Fashion design campers used discarded fabrics, second-hand clothes, even an umbrella, to create new clothing designs that were put on display at a fashion show at the end of the camp week.
