Wisconsin columnist applauds UW System’s pledge for more online degrees

We might dispute columnist Tom Stills’ assertion that the UW System is “late to the party” — as we at UW-Green Bay know, online learning has an impressive and successful history, at least here — but his recent piece on the WisOpinion site is worth reviewing.
