SBDC’s ETP graduate opens a barbeque food truck in Sheboygan

Kevin and Jenny Kager brought authentic barbeque to Sheboygan County — in the form of a food truck. Before starting Kager Barbeque in Sheboygan, Kevin Kager worked at restaurants in Texas, took culinary classes in New York and recently completed the Entrepreneurial Training Program (ETP) at UW-Green Bay’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC).
