Reminder: Shopping? Campus Cupboard could use peanut butter and canned fruit
Are you in the middle of summer cleaning or trying to figure out what to do with left over rummage sale items? Remember CK One (Campus Cupboard and Closet). The Campus Cupboard is in need of canned fruit and peanut butter. The Campus Closet is in need of clothing — especially size large (but all sizes welcome, including children’s) that can be used for interviews and classroom/campus living. The Campus Closet needs are kitchen items such as pizza pans, baking dishes, hot pads, pans, manual or electric can openers, toasters, silverware, towels, sheets and blankets for twin beds, alarm clocks, small lamps, coffee makers and coffee grinders, and anything else that can be spared that helps students to stock their living quarters. Please bring your donations to CK One located in Rose Hall 140, use your UWGB ID card to swipe the keypad, and place your items in the donation receiving room on the right. Donation receipts are available on the cabinet by the door. Take a tour while you are there! Questions about the Campus Closet can be directed to Stacie Christian at christis@uwgb.edu. Questions about Campus Cupboard can be sent to Dana Johnson at johnsond@uwgb.edu. Organizers say “thank you” you for your continual and wonderful support!
