UW System may tighten hiring policies with regards to sexual harassment histories
The UW-System is considering tightening its policies about hiring employees with a history of sexual harassment. The decision would require the system to share files of personnel with each other or state agencies as part of the hiring process. The campuses would also have to keep all allegations on file, including the final decision of whether the employee was not responsible, resigned, was disciplined or was fired.
