Retired Educator Lacey’s Influence on Dietetics Program and New Master’s Degree
Retired dietician and adjunct UW-Green Bay faculty member Karen Lacey built the Dietetics Student Internship Program in the early 90’s that now places 22 students annually, helped establish the master’s degree program in nutrition science and integrated health and recently established the new James V. and Karen A.
