Heirloom Vegetable Plant sale held on Saturday, May 11, 2019 was a major success. Hosted by Natural and Applied Sciences, this sale boasted unique and rare heirloom vegetables, herbs and flowers. The sale completely sold out of tomatoes, which was a first in the history of the sale. As of 3 p.m., only 144 plants were remaining. Numbers are still forthcoming, but it is estimated that the sale made over $10,000.
