Patricia Evelyn Ragan passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2019. She taught early childhood education at UW-Green Bay for several decades where she earned her tenure. Private visitation was held on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at her home on Edgewater Beach Road. Read the full obituary.
