Softball goes to 22-11 with fifth straight win

The Phoenix softball team (22-11, 9-4 conference) picked up its second-consecutive Horizon League series sweep as it topped UIC, 3-1, on Sunday afternoon. Green Bay returns to the diamond next weekend, hosting Valparaiso in its final regular-season series with a doubleheader at 1 p.m. Saturday (May 3) and a noon Sunday game.
