Reminder: Diversity Scholars

The UWGB Diversity Scholars program will allow faculty and instructors to pursue faculty development in inclusive excellence.  During the 2016-17 academic year, Diversity Scholars will complete a teaching and learning project related to diversity in the classroom, meet a few times a semester as a group to discuss readings on inclusivity in the classroom and talk about their ongoing projects, and receive $600 to be used toward supplies and expenses.  To apply, send a 1-2 page letter of interest describing your interest and experience with inclusivity, the type of work you have in mind for your project, and a brief vita to Teri Ternes (ternest@uwgb.edu) by May 6.  Previous experience with inclusivity is not required to participate in this program.
