Public Safety offers free self-defense class for students, faculty or staff, Thursday, April 4
Take a free self-defense class for UW-Green Bay students faculty or staff, Thursday, April 4, 2019 from 5 to 8 p.m. It is limited to 16 participants. This class provides self-defense awareness strategies and hands-on instruction in several protective techniques. The class includes physical activity, and participants are encouraged to wear workout type of clothing. Participants are involved in simulated training exercises to utilize the new skills they have learned. Participants must register by email prior to the event, and sign a waiver provided at the time of training, prior to participation. Participants must be 18 years or older.
