‘Paper Tigers’ Screening & Discussion
“Paper Tigers” by James Redford is a compelling new documentary that captures the pain, danger and hopes of struggling teens at Lincoln High School in Walla Walla, Washington. It explores the impact of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and captures the transformation of struggling teens as teachers use the latest developmental science and trauma-informed approaches to break the cycle of adversity in their lives. A screening will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 31, 2016 in the Phoenix Room of the University Union. Admission is free, please register to attend.
