Food Truck Fridays! April 1, 8, 22 and 29, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The University Union and Student Government Association is hosting Food Truck Fridays throughout April on the Green Bay Campus, which will bring a different local food truck to the Green Bay campus on April 1, April 8, April 22 and April 29. The food trucks will be stationed in the University Union Visitor Lot from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. each Friday.

Watch for details about Food Truck Fridays on the Manitowoc, Marinette, and Sheboygan campuses.

Friday, April 1 Gourmet Corn Yucatan Cuisine – Gourmet Corn Food Truck offers a variety of authentic Mexican food including tacos, tostadas, torts, tamales, empanadas, and of course, sweet corn. Their unique selections are healthy and non-fried. Please note that the truck accepts cash only.

Friday, April 8 Caribbean Cruiser – Caribbean Cruiser Food Truck brings island flavors to the frozen tundra! Try jerk chicken, a cuban or pulled pork sandwich, shrimp tacos, and much more. Accepting cash and credit cards.

Friday, April 22 Taste of Ethiopia – Loaded cheese fries with slow-cooked, seasoned steak, pork or chicken, deep-fried pastries, and Ethiopian grilled cheese are just a few of the delicious choices to try. Accepting cash and credit cards. Profits go toward Pay It Forward/Ethiopia Inc., a nonprofit organization to help homeless children in Ethiopia.

Friday, April 29 Weasel’s Mini Donuts & More – Close out Food Truck Fridays with a delicious sweet treat! Weasel’s Mini Donuts & More Food Truck is bringing in a classic favorite: warm, fresh mini donuts with cinnamon and sugar. They also offer other snacks and beverages, including popcorn, nachos, and freshly squeezed lemonade. Accepting cash and credit cards.
