Business idea competition, March 23
You are invited to the UW-Green Bay student business idea competition from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 23 in Phoenix B, University Union. Judging begins at 4:45 p.m. Students have 90 seconds (no more) to present their memorized business idea pitch. Judges then have 90 seconds for Q & A. Ashley Choi, co-founder of Squirel, has been asked to speak about her experience starting a business as a college student. Top placers are eligible for cash prizes as well as representing UW-Green Bay at the April 22 Wisconsin Big Idea Tournament in Madison (top prize $2,000), at the May 3 “The Pitch” event at Fox Cities Stadium (top prize $10,000), and/or the three-week (starting July 8) European Innovation Academy in Italy.
