Green Bay women stifle NKU on senior day

Making its final home appearance of the 2015-16 regular season (the team hosts the Horizon League post-season tournament next week), the Green Bay women’s basketball team outscored the visiting Northern Kentucky Norse for a 52-40 senior day win. Honored post-game, senior guard Kaili Lukan had 12 points and six rebounds and needs only 12 points to reach 1,000. Junior Mehryn Kraker became the 32nd player in program history to reach the 1,000-point milestone. Green Bay (25-3, 15-1 HL) concludes its regular season schedule this week with a pair of road contests at Detroit (6 p.m. CT) on Thursday and at Oakland (2 p.m. CT) on Saturday.
