Alumna Kimberly Schwarzenbart ’17 sweeps Student Addy Awards
Recent UW-Green Bay graduate Kimberly Schwarzenbart (Graphic Design) ’17 took home four Addy Awards for graphic design. The yearly Addy Celebration Event for the Fox River Ad Club, the Northeast Wisconsin chapter of the (AAF) American Advertising Federation, was held on Friday, Feb. 16, 2018 at The Ballroom at The Reserve in Neenah. Schools whose students are eligible to enter the NE Wisconsin Addys each year include UW-Green Bay, St. Norbert College, NWTC, UW-Stevens Point and other local two-year colleges and technical colleges. ‘Don’t Be Like Frank’ book
A booklet she created as an Independent Study project, Design 498 (taught by Prof. Jeff Benzow), and a booklet titled “Don’t Be Like Frank — A guide to color theory in Graphic Design and Marketing.”

Gold Student Addy Award and Student Best in Show Addy
‘Lotus Sushi & Steak House’ visual brand identity piece
A visual brand identity design that included multiple-piece branding (concept, identity, menus, tea boxes, ads, etc.) for a Japanese restaurant “Lotus Sushi & Steak House” that she created in Design 431: Graphic Design Studio III (with Damkoehler).
