Campus remained open last night despite storm event
A late afternoon decision to cancel classes was made as city and county road crews simply could not keep up with the heavy snowfall in the late afternoon to ensure commuter safety. Thanks to University Dining, the Kress Events Center and the Cofrin Library for remaining open — especially for the approximately 2,000 students who live on campus. In case you are curious, we noticed today that UW-Oshkosh handled the storm event similarly.
