Women bounce back with victory

The UW-Green Bay women returned to winning form Thursday (Jan. 28) with a convincing 73-62 victory over Butler at the Kress Events Center. The Phoenix, smarting from two losses in Chicago last week, built a comfortable margin in the first half by making 18 of 24 shots. The Phoenix (17-2 overall, 6-2 Horizon League) hosts Valparaiso at 2 p.m. Saturday (Jan. 30) at the Kress. Read more about Thursday’s game.
