In the news: Coverage of chancellor search forum
Green Bay Press-Gazette reporter Patti Zarling on Tuesday (Jan. 29) attended the first of six campus and community listening sessions geared toward identifying key priorities in hiring UW-Green Bay’s sixth chancellor. Her story in Wednesday’s newspaper outlined some of the feedback the Chancellor Search and Screen Committee received during the first hour-long forum, and also discusses the timeline and process for identifying the University’s next top administrator. Additional forums were held at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wednesday. (Nice turnout of faculty and staff for the afternoon session.) Read Zarling’s story and additional info.
Final on-campus forum is Thursday; downtown sessions are next week
The fourth and final on-campus forum will take place at 3:30 p.m. Thursday (Jan. 30) in Phoenix Room A of the University Union. Off-campus sessions will be held at noon Tuesday (Feb. 4) at the Brown County Central Library, 515 Pine St.; and 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 6 at the Neville Public Museum, 210 Museum Place.
