UW-Green Bay Police aided in Lambeau arrest

In case you missed it, an incident at Lambeau Field recently called attention to the preparation and collaboration by neighboring police and firefighters in responding and reacting to potentially dangerous situations. UW-Green Bay Police were among those responding to the potential “active shooter” dispatch and used automated license plate reader camera in all the parking lots surrounding the stadium to assist in the investigation. From Green Bay, 27 officers responded. So did dozens of others, from Ashwaubenon Public Safety, the Wisconsin State Patrol, the Brown County Sheriff’s Office and UW-Green Bay.
