Philip and Elizabeth (Betsy) Hendrickson, well known both at UW-Green Bay and abroad for their philanthropic efforts, have something in common with Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip, including the same first names, wedding date, and 64 years of marriage. For fun, the Hendricksons wrote to the Queen, extending best wishes and noting the coincidences. Royalty responded (via Queen Elizabeth’s II lady-in-waiting)… “The Queen wishes me to write and thank you both for your letter.
