ESPN.com columnist makes first trip to UW-Green Bay… and loves it

College basketball columnist Graham Hays has written up Phoenix women’s basketball a time or two at ESPN.com. He saw last Thursday’s big win over the Big Ten’s Wisconsin Badgers, and was again highly complimentary of the underdog, blue-collar Phoenix program. His closing line: 
“If you don’t mind adding a few more layers to fight the cold and if your arteries are hardy enough to handle cheese curds breaded and deep fried to a golden brown — the way God surely intended His curds to be served — Green Bay offers a sports experience not to be missed.
