Achieve Brown County says local graduation rates are up

Supporters of a program in Brown County say the local graduation rate is up over the last three years. Achieve Brown County released its annual report. The group works on issues that impact people between their birth and when they start their professional career. It’s the first time in over a decade that the high school rate is above the state average. WHBY had the story.
