Auditions set for ‘Christmas by the Bay’ show | News, Sports, Jobs – The Daily News
Green Bay, Wis. –Theatre on the Bay at University of Wisconsin-Green Bay-Marinette Campus will host auditions for the annual holiday extravaganza “Christmas by the Bay” from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday in room T-133 of the Herbert L. Williams Theatre.
Performers are asked to prepare one minute of a holiday song. They must provide their own accompaniment or track. Acapella auditions will not be heard.
Show dates for “Christmas by the Bay” will be at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Dec. 10-11; and 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 12.
Performers can sign up for a time and date to audition on the event website. “Christmas by the Bay”will be directed by Brittany Welch, and tickets will be available at Ticketstar later this month.
Theatre on the Bay is sponsored by UW-Green Bay’s Division of Continuing Education and Community Engagement, offering adults and youth opportunities to participate in theatrical productions. Since 1966, Theatre on the Bay has been a community treasure in Marinette, with its home stage on the Marinette campus.
