Sisters go one-two in Miss Wisconsin, and UW-Green Bay sister is first…
… first runner-up, that is. Student Katie Sawyer, 21, (a vocalist and contributor to the UW-Green Bay Theatre program) was named the first runner-up in the Miss Wisconsin competition in Oshkosh this past weekend.
