Kraft on Kloppenburg: Race shows voter displeasure

The state Supreme Court race saga finally drew to a close Tuesday, when Justice candidate JoAnne Kloppenburg conceded her hard-fought contest with 12-year court veteran David Prosser. Kloppenburg’s announcement comes on the heels of some considerable election drama that had the challenger prematurely declaring victory before some unreported votes were discovered and a laborious statewide recount ensued. UW-Green Bay Prof. Michael Kraft offered his take in an interview with Terry Kovarik of WFRV News.
