Fifth seed means Phoenix has neutral court in NCAA Tournament

The UW-Green Bay women’s basketball has earned its highest seed ever (No. 5) and will travel to Wichita, Kan., to take on 12th-seeded Arkansas-Little Rock as part of the Dallas Region.
