NeighborWorks finds new leader in UW-Green Bay alumna
Heather Starzynski ’96 (Public Admin) is expected to take over on May 3. Starzynski comes from a small town in northern Michigan. She went to the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay where she earned a bachelor’s degree in public administration and the University of Missouri-Kansas City where she earned a master’s degree in public administration.
