The inaugural Rising Phoenix program at UW Green Bay last year was so successful, that the College and Manitowoc Lincoln High School have announced that another group of students in the Junior class will begin the program this fall. Rising Phoenix is an early college high school program, providing students dual enrollment in high school and the University.
