Alumnus Scannell is running for Green Bay City Council reelection

Three candidates are running for Green Bay City Council in District 7; which includes the area surrounding downtown, east and west of the Fox River. Candidate Randy Scannell (History) has been on the City Council since 2014. A Feb. 20 primary election will reduce the field to two candidates for the April 3 general election.
