Dietetic intern earns TV spotlight on healthy eating for kids

As a dietetic intern through UW-Green Bay, Casey McKenzie is used to speaking in front of small groups. This week her audience base increased to the thousands, as she was spotlighted on WBAY-TV. Channel 2’s 10 p.m. newscast on Tuesday featured a story on efforts at the national and local levels to confront childhood obesity, with a segment from the Green Bay Boys and Girls Club, where McKenzie was teaching youngsters about nutrition.
