English grad writes on cooking and eating local
UW-Green Bay grad Randall L. Smith has released Farm Fresh Flavors, a home cook’s encyclopedia for cooking, preserving and storing produce grown at home or purchased at the farmer’s market. Smith grew up on Green Bay’s west side and graduated from UW-Green Bay in 1991, earning a degree in English. He now works as an executive chef in Washington, D.C.
