UW-Green Bay upgrades highlighted in 'Campus Safety'

A feature article in the September/October 2008 edition of Campus Safety magazine highlights recent upgrades on two campuses: Quinnipiac (Conn.) University, and UW-Green Bay. The article addresses the one-card system, electronic security measures and emergency notification.
