Media coverage: Clampitt analyzes ad market for story on political buys

Our own Phil Clampitt weighed in on the significance of that fact Thursday (Oct. 18), for a story that ran on WLUK, Fox 11 News. The onslaught of ads likely means the campaigns view area voters as hesitant, persuadable or both, Clampitt said. “The other part of this is there is a signal that goes on if you pull TV ads out of an area,” Clampitt said, “and then it looks like you are conceding that area to somebody else, and nobody wants to concede our area.” Full story.
